1. Mumbai Shipping
We offer flexible delivery options to cater to your needs in Mumbai. Here’s a detailed overview of our Mumbai shipping process:
1.1 Same Day Delivery
- Availability: To check if Mumbai same day shipping is available in your area, please enter your pincode during checkout. Some products are not eligible for same day shipping.
- Same Day Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday through Sunday, subject to store operating hours.
- Delivery Time:
- Orders placed within same day delivery hours will be fulfilled on the same day.
- While we will make every reasonable effort to deliver as soon as possible, actual delivery times may be subject to variations due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, order volume, and unforeseen operational constraints.
- Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your area and distance.
1.2 Standard Shipping
- Availability: To check if standard shipping is available in your area, please enter your pincode during checkout.
- Scheduling: You can select a delivery date from our calendar during checkout.
- Delivery Time:
- 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM IST
- 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM IST
- Delivery Rules:

Order Cut-Off (Same Day):
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM: you can choose standard shipping for either time slot (morning/evening) starting from the next day
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM until midnight: you can only choose standard shipping for the evening slot starting from the next day.

Advance Ordering:
- Standard shipping orders can be placed up to 7 days in advance

Earliest Availability:
- Standard shipping always starts from the next day
- For example, if you place an order at 1:00 AM, the earliest available slot will be the next day (not the same day)
- Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your area and distance.
2. Items Out Of Stock
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
3. Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
5. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
6. Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our food items we do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed. SR Foods reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where we determine that an order cannot be fulfilled within the given parameters. If an order is canceled, the customer will be notified, and any charges will be refunded.
